On 18 November 2016, Universitas Pelita Harapan Center for International Trade & Investment (UPH-CITI), in collaboration with the World Bank Group, held a public lecture titled “How International Investors and States Resolve (Many Of) Their Disputes.” The session featured Meg Kinnear, Secretary-General of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), who delivered an overview of the ICSID Convention and the arbitration process for investment disputes. Special attention was given to Indonesia’s pending cases at ICSID, offering insight into the country’s engagement with international investment law.
