Sceptical ruminations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>May 3, 2016<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 3 May, 2016, Universitas Pelita Harapan Center for International Trade &amp; Investment (UPH-CITI)\u00a0 along with WTO Chair Programme, and the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), conducted a seminar titled \u201c<em>A Bridge Too Far? Sceptical ruminations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP)\u201d. <\/em>The seminar critically examined the TTP as one of the ambitious contemporary mega-regional trade agreements. The discussion explored whether the agreement\u2019s trade policy framework is realistically aligned with its objectives and timelines.
