On October 25, 2018, Universitas Pelita Harapan Centre for International Trade and Investment (UPH-CITI) hosted a joint seminar with the Catholic University of Uruguay, Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, and the MERCOSUR ASEAN Chamber of Commerce (MACC), titled ‘ASEAN-MERCOSUR: Towards Deeper Economic Cooperation.’ The keynote speech was delivered by H.E. Ricardo Luis Bocalandro, Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to the Republic of Indonesia and ASEAN. The seminar also featured a distinguished panel, including Dr. iur. Damos Dumoli Agusman, S.H., M.H., Director General of Legal and Treaties Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia; Mr. Rofoldo Caffaro Kramer, President of MACC; H.E. Niniek Kun Naryatie, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Argentine Republic; Ms. Jessica Los Banos, Law Lecturer at UPH; and Ambassador Jonny Sinaga, Former Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Argentine Republic.
