Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Executive Education Center, in collaboration with the Center for International Trade and Investment and the New Zealand Center of International Economic Law, hosted a focus group discussion on the Domestic and International Dimensions of Genetic Resources and Traditional Knowledge. The event featured three distinguished speakers: Prof. Susy Frankel, Professor of Law at Victoria University of Wellington and Director of the New Zealand Centre of International Economic Law; Prof. A. Zen Umar Purba, Counsel at Ali Budiarjo, Nugroho, Reksodiputro; and Dr. Henry Soelistyo Budi, Head of the Postgraduate School of Law at UPH.
