International Conference on Regulating Technology in Asia (ICRTA): Prospects and Challenges

7-8 March, 2024

On 7–8 March 2024, Universitas Pelita Harapan Center for International Trade & Investment (UPH-CITI), in collaboration with ERIA, hosted the International Conference on Regulating Technology in Asia, featuring plenary and parallel sessions that explored the challenges of regulating digital technologies, examined the promises and pitfalls of local content requirements in Indonesia, and addressed the intersection of data protection and trade policy to support balanced, future-ready regulation in the region.
